食材:
½公斤碎牛肉
2根胡萝卜,切碎
2根芹菜梗,切碎
1个小洋葱,切碎
6瓣蒜,剁碎
1汤匙油(最好是橄榄油)
7杯牛肉或鸡肉汤
3杯煮熟的豆子(白豆、黑豆或青豆)
2杯番茄丁
4片月桂叶
1茶匙红椒片

1汤匙欧芹

在一个大汤锅里,把牛肉煮至棕色。加入胡萝卜、芹菜、洋葱、大蒜和油,将蔬菜炒至变软。加入肉汤、番茄、月桂叶、罗勒、欧芹和番茄酱。
将所有东西煮沸。把火关小,盖上盖子炖1小时。在食用之前半小时,把洗过的藜麦放进锅里,再炖30分钟。

Ingredients:
½ KG ground beef
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. oil (Olive oil is best)
7 cups beef or chicken broth
3 cups cooked beans (white, black, or navy beans)
2 cups diced tomatoes
4 bay leaves
1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Added Later:
2 cups quinoa
In a large soup pot, cook the beef until browned. Add the carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and oil, and fry until vegetables are tender. Stir in the broth, tomatoes, bay leaves, basil, parsley, and tomato paste.
Bring this all to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
A half hour before eating, put the washed quinoa into the pot, and let this soup simmer another 30 minutes.
